I like C.. its easy and you already know what its gonna be about.. but there needs to be something that is slightly hopeful in the title because you were REALLY 'in love' for a week or so and then it just went downhill. B isnt catchy at all.. A is more of an inside joke.. but really is 'you' and D, i dont like it.. and E is verry very very heartbroken so much that i dont know if i'd want to read it. So there's my opinion. i love you sweetherrt / me.. LOL.

hmm... personally, i like D, but thats just me. not a big fan of C, dont know exactly why, but it just doesn't seem to flow right. A might be good too, just because most people wouldn't know the background info on it and it would make them curious as to why you would choose that as your title. I think thats why i like D too, because it gives you something to wonder about. so yea, good luck on picking one.
